12 months covering parts and labour, starting on the date of purchase. Excludes
general maintenance, and issues arising from the neglect and/or misuse of the grinder.
Warranty claims need to be made to Genius Coffee Equipment, and warranty services will be performed by Genius-certified technicians.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are available within 15 days of your purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and the unit(s) must be in the same condition as when it is purchased. Special/custom orders are non-returnable.
