Equipment availability is not guaranteed until the order has been confirmed and payment requirements have been met.
Quotations may be withdrawn if products become unavailable or are discontinued.
Orders are considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
Unless otherwise specified:
Standard stocked equipment requires full payment before shipment.
Special-order equipment may require a deposit before production begins.
Equipment is reserved only after payment has been received.
Certain equipment, including custom configurations, imported products, or factory-built machines, requires a deposit.
Unless otherwise agreed:
50% deposit at the time of ordering.
Remaining balance due before equipment is released for shipment.
Deposits on special-order equipment are non-refundable once production or procurement has begun.
Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the quotation.

Shipping dates are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary because of:
Manufacturer production schedules
Inventory availability
Freight carrier scheduling
Customs clearance
Weather
Border delays
Transportation disruptions
Genius Coffee cannot guarantee delivery dates provided by freight carriers.
Standard freight includes commercial curbside delivery only.
Unless specifically purchased, shipping does not include:
Liftgate service
Residential delivery
Inside delivery
Placement inside the building
Installation
Removal of packaging
Disposal of pallets or crates
Additional freight services must be requested before shipment and will be quoted separately.
Before installation, customers must provide photographs showing completed:
Water supply
Electrical connections
Drain connections
This allows us to verify that the site is ready before scheduling installation.
Installation delays resulting from incomplete site preparation may be subject to additional charges.
Installations should be scheduled a minimum of 14 days in advance, subject to technician availability.
If the site is not ready upon technician arrival, additional travel and labour charges may apply.
Equipment warranties are covered under the manufacturer's warranty program together with the Genius Coffee Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage does not include:
Improper installation
Incorrect water quality
Abuse
Neglect
Unauthorized modifications
Damage during customer handling or transport
All equipment is covered in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty and the Genius Coffee Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations outlined in the Warranty Policy available on our website.
Returns are governed by our Return Policy.
Special-order equipment, custom-built products, and factory orders are generally non-returnable.
Returned merchandise may be subject to restocking charges.
Wholesale quotations apply to equipment supply only unless otherwise stated.
Unless included on the quotation:
Installation is not included.
On-site labour is not included.
Warranty labour is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Genius Coffee will provide replacement parts under warranty together with remote technical support when applicable.
Equipment ordered directly from manufacturers, including factory-built machines from Italy or other international suppliers, is subject to manufacturer production schedules.
Typical lead times are estimates only and may change without notice.
Final payment is due before equipment is released by the manufacturer for export unless otherwise agreed.
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
Visible damage must be:
Noted on the carrier's delivery receipt.
Photographed before unpacking.
Reported to Genius Coffee within 24 hours.
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect freight claims.
Commercial espresso equipment requires water that meets manufacturer specifications.
Damage caused by improper water quality is not covered under warranty.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate filtration systems and replacing filters as required.
Technical support is available by telephone or video.
On-site service is billed according to our current service rates unless covered under warranty or included in the quotation.
Promotional pricing, package discounts, Friends of Genius offers, Barista Institute promotions, wholesale pricing, and partner discounts:
cannot be combined unless specifically stated,
apply only during the promotional period,
may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
Genius Coffee is not responsible for delays, lost business, production interruptions, or consequential damages resulting from shipping delays, manufacturer delays, customs clearance, equipment downtime, or events beyond our reasonable control.
By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and accepted the following policies:

Equipment that has been fully paid for may be stored at no charge for up to 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After this period, storage fees may apply, or Genius Coffee reserves the right to require pickup or shipment before accepting additional liability for the equipment.
