After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are available Monday to Saturday. See hour business hours HERE. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship directly from our store in Burnaby, BC, Canada.
We offer free delivery on orders over $100 within Canada and USA in most of our products.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but there are cases where some delays might happen, feel free to contact us via email if you have any questions about your order at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 604-298-9600.
We ship most of our products domestically and to a selected number of destinations. Transportation times may vary from place to place and they will depend on your location. Carriers do not provide a guarrantee on the transit times and we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
When shipping the goods outside Canada, unless specifically exempted, import taxes and custom duties fees are the buyers responsibility to pay and are not included in the product's cost. Customs fees are always paid by the recipient. To receive the item, the recipient must pay all the taxes, duties and customs charges payable to the destination country of the shipment when applicable.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
We can no longer cancel the order for products that are already on its way, however, refunds may be accepted should you choose to send the package back to our warehouse. It will be the purchaser’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the items' shipping is over $75.00 value, it is recommended that a trackable shipping service is selected and/or the purchase of shipping insurance, as well as ensure that the product is well packed as we cannot provide refunds for returned products that are damaged.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details, a follow up email will also be sent within 2 -3 days to provide an approximate ETA of your order's arrival. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order please contact us immediately, if cancelation is required please contact us within 24 hours after the order has been summited. We won't be able to make changes to your order after that time frame.
Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
