Get your espresso machine installed with confidence while saving on travel and on-site service costs. One of our qualified Genius Coffee technicians will guide you step-by-step through the installation process using video conferencing, phone, and screen sharing tools.

This package is ideal for customers who have access to a plumber, electrician, contractor, or mechanically inclined staff member on-site and would like professional guidance directly from a certified espresso machine technician.

INCLUDES:

Up to 2 hours of live virtual support from a qualified Genius Coffee technician.

Review of installation site photos prior to installation.

Virtual verification of water, drain, and electrical requirements prior to Installation.

Step-by-step guidance for connecting the espresso machine.

Equipment setup and basic programming assistance.

Pressure and performance verification.

Initial startup assistance and troubleshooting.

Installation appointment scheduled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Installation must be completed within 6 months of equipment receipt.

NOT INCLUDED:

On-site technician visits.

Water filtration equipment or installation.

Plumbing, electrical, or construction services.

Additional installation parts, fittings, hoses, adapters, plugs, or outlets (available to purchase).

Equipment training, barista training, or recipe development.

Repairs resulting from improper installation.

Additional support time beyond the included 2 hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a reliable internet connection and camera.

A qualified person must be physically present at the installation site.

All plumbing, drain, electrical, and water filtration systems must be installed and completed according to the manufacturer's specifications prior to the scheduled appointment.

The installation area must be accessible and ready when the appointment begins.

PLEASE NOTE:

This package is intended to assist with installation guidance only. The customer remains responsible for all physical connections and compliance with local building, plumbing, and electrical codes.

If the installation cannot proceed due to incomplete site preparation, missing utilities, or unavailable personnel, a rescheduling fee of $125 may apply.

Additional virtual support beyond the included 2 hours may be billed at our standard technical support rate.
