Marco MilkPal automatic hot and cold milk and foam system for commercial coffee bars - Genius Coffee Equipment

Marco MilkPal Automatic Hot & Cold Milk and Foam System

Price
$10,500

Product Description

Automatic hot milk, cold milk, hot foam and cold foam — portioned, textured and dispensed at the touch of a screen.

The Marco MilkPal is a commercial, steamless milk preparation system designed to help cafés, restaurants, bakeries, offices and hospitality operations improve milk-drink consistency, workflow and portion control. Instead of occupying a barista at the steam wand for every drink, MilkPal draws milk from a separate refrigerated supply and prepares a programmed portion for the selected beverage.

Regular retail price: $7,500 USD. Refrigerator, freight, water treatment, site work, installation and commissioning may be additional depending on the project. Contact Genius Coffee Equipment for a complete system quote.

Why MilkPal?

  • Hot and cold milk preparation: supports hot milk, cold milk, hot foam and cold foam applications.
  • Programmable recipes: configure milk volume, aeration and beverage settings for repeatable service.
  • Up to 25 preset recipes: useful for menus that include lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, iced lattes, cold foam and other milk-based beverages.
  • Hands-free workflow: while MilkPal prepares the programmed milk portion, the barista can continue other drink-making tasks.
  • Portion control: programmed dispensing can help reduce unnecessary over-pouring and leftover milk.
  • Dairy and plant-based applications: recipes should be dialed in for the specific milk used because different products texture differently.
  • Steamless operation: MilkPal does not rely on the espresso machine's traditional steam wand.

Designed for a Faster, More Consistent Coffee Bar

Milk preparation can become a bottleneck during busy service. Traditional steaming requires the barista to pour milk, purge the wand, steam, monitor texture and temperature, wipe and purge again, pour the drink and rinse the pitcher.

MilkPal moves much of that repetitive milk preparation into a programmable system. That can be especially useful for businesses dealing with high milk-beverage volume, rush periods, multiple employees, frequent staff training, milk over-pouring or growing cold-beverage sales.

Marco rates the U.S. MilkPal at up to 120 six-ounce milk servings per hour. This is a milk-system capacity rating, not a guarantee of completed beverage throughput; total café output also depends on espresso production, staffing, order flow and drink assembly.

Milk Storage & Refrigeration

The milk is not stored inside the MilkPal. It is kept in a separate refrigerated container and connected to the machine by a milk tube. The refrigerator is not included.

This gives operators flexibility in planning the milk station, but refrigeration placement and milk-line routing should be considered before installation. The milk tube must remain accessible for proper cleaning.

Cleaning & Daily Care

MilkPal includes automated cleaning functions and an automatic rinse during startup. However, automatic cleaning does not mean maintenance-free. Milk-contact components still require the operator cleaning procedures specified by Marco. Genius recommends reviewing the cleaning workflow as part of the equipment decision, not after installation.

What Can You Make?

MilkPal can support milk preparation for beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, iced lattes, matcha lattes, cold brew with cold foam and other hot or cold milk-based drinks. The exact recipe should be configured around your menu and the milk products you actually use.

Is MilkPal Right for Your Business?

MilkPal is worth evaluating when the problem you are trying to solve is speed, consistency, milk waste, training, cold-drink production or workflow. A lower-volume café with an experienced barista and an already efficient steam-wand workflow may not need additional automation.

At Genius, we prefer to evaluate the complete system: equipment + grinder + water + workflow + installation + training + cleaning + maintenance + service. The right equipment is the equipment that solves the right problem.

SilverChef Rent-Try-Buy

For eligible hospitality businesses that would rather preserve working capital, SilverChef Rent-Try-Buy may be an option. SilverChef's U.S. program is structured as a rental arrangement with regular payments and options that may include purchasing or upgrading equipment during the agreement and, after the minimum term, returning it or exploring other available options.

SilverChef programs are subject to application, approval, eligibility, terms and conditions. Genius Coffee Equipment does not provide tax or financial advice.

Request a MilkPal System Quote

A useful MilkPal quote should include more than the machine. Send Genius Coffee Equipment your menu, approximate milk drinks per day, busiest-hour volume, milk types, and a photo or drawing of your bar. We can help evaluate equipment placement, refrigeration, water, drainage, installation and workflow and build the project around your operation.
