Using the manual pressure paddle, you can shape pressure throughout the entire extraction: start with a gentle low-pressure pre-infusion, build toward full pressure, gradually decline toward the finish, or experiment with completely different extraction styles. Once you find a profile you love, the R Nine One lets you save up to five pressure profiles through its touchscreen interface for easy, repeatable results.

That means you can experiment manually when you want complete control, then save your favorite recipe and reproduce it again and again.

Behind the beautiful Italian exterior is technology derived from professional espresso equipment.

The fully saturated group is integrated with the brew boiler to provide exceptional thermal stability throughout extraction. Independent dual boilers allow you to brew espresso and steam milk simultaneously, while AISI 316L stainless steel boiler construction provides durability designed for serious, long-term use.

At the heart of the pressure-profiling system is a permanent-magnet volumetric pump, providing precise and remarkably quiet pressure control throughout the extraction.
