With 3temp HIPSTER brewers coffee always brews on fresh water, no boiler tank or hearing plate, better coffee with less C02 impact. HIPSTER brewers consume only 4 watts when it is idle and the cold brew functions save a lot of freight and waste from the pre-brewed cold brew. Low power, less waste.
